Elaboration
Hand selected grapes that stand out for their high structure and higher alcohol content. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after 5 months in storage, the coupage of the 3 varieties is carried out. Once bottled, rest for at least 2 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note
Greenish yellow with steely tones.
The nose is frank and of good intensity, with aromas of apple, pear and citrus notes. In the mouth it is a balanced wine. In retronasal citrus aromas stand out.
It is fresh, long and persistent.

9 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Golden yellow, clean and shiny. On the nose stands the fruit of prune compote and peach. Frosty orange and orange blossom notes on a toasted background. It is intense and very complex.
In the mouth the entrance is greedy
and an elegant acidity is perceived.
It is creamy and mineral.

Tasting Note
Yellow with greenish reflections and golden irises. Aroma intense, in which stands out the presence of ripe fruits well assembled. Retronasal frank, intense and persistent, with white flowers and citrus notes. Good entry
in the mouth, sweet and with very
good acidity. It is fresh and long.
